​LegacyTree Foundation is a 21-year old 501c3 charitable foundation that works with financial advisors, planners, and agents to help their clients re-position assets the client doesn’t need anymore. Transferring assets such as, cash, annuities, securities, and real estate allows the client to get a charitable income tax deduction, a capital gains reduction (if applicable), and a structured income back to the client or their beneficiaries.  A 7% referral fee is paid to the advisor up front.
